To help Bupa promote their online Talent Hub to their 70,000 employees, Ellipsis designed the ‘Grow yourself’ campaign. The Talent Hub is a tool created to liberate the talent within Bupa and help their employees to take control of their own career development.

Bupa asked us to design a campaign to promote the launch of their Talent Hub online tool. We produced a campaign identity and a set of posters to raise awareness and encourage employees to complete and update their existing profiles. This ensures employees take control of their own career development and also enables Bupa managers to search and successfully find the best talent.

We created a theme of 'Grow yourself' to demonstrate to employees that their own input was essential to nurture their career development. A variety of plant illustrations were designed to reinforce that each employee is an individual, with their own attributes and skills and their ongoing growth potential.

To support the campaign, our design was reflected across a collection of assets such as; table toppers, interior wall graphics and intranet graphics.

These materials created an effective impact at key visible points, and all the materials adhered to Bupa’s detailed brand guidelines.

We provided a communication kit containing editable templates and usage guidelines to enable Marketing and Business Units globally to customise the campaign message and translate them as required.
