Coca-Cola invited us to produce their 'Invent the Future' conference for the new European Senior Leadership Team, held at the exclusive W hotel in Barcelona.
This event was held over three days and featured a mixture of input, group discussions, workshops together with interactive voting.
The whole event was captured in a series of illustrations by graphic artists which provided a unique visual representation of the outcomes of the event.
The bright stage set provided a bold backdrop for all the presenters, however shy and retiring they might be!
An unusual feature of the event was the tiered soft sofa seating which created an informal and relaxed atmosphere, essential for a lengthy conference. The stage set consisted of a dynamic wrap-around graphic showing the progression of the brand and key points during the reorganisation of the European division.
Passionate speakers laid out Coca-Cola Europe's exciting future vision, creating a real buzz in the audience.
Innovative group activities included challenging leaders to direct and produce a video in Barcelona to express the key brand values and customer experiences. These were edited overnight and the winners were selected with the interactive voting keypads. They also signed up for personal commitments for the future.
