The Food and Drink Federation is the largest, most trusted representative and expert service for the food and drink manufacturing sector in the UK.
FDF wanted a new brand identity which represented their growth and status in the food and drinks sector. We worked with our sister company, Roundtable, and a wide range of stakeholders to develop a brand proposition which identified the key positioning, personality and Brand DNA of the FDF.
The new brand and identity embraces their new brand DNA “Passionate about food & drink” which puts the focus on the people involved in the largest manufacturing market in the UK. We also created a sub-brand for FDF Scotland. The new identity includes brand toolkit with a new colour palette and brand assets.
Following the rebrand, FDF moved their London offices. Ellipsis played a big part in branding the of ce with the new identity, including printed wall vinyls, photographic fabric light boxes, glass manifestations, quiet room decor, large communal space wall graphics and desktop graphics.
The overall impact is a brand with a more authoritative voice, helping to promote the industry and offer trusted advice within the sector and reflected in every aspect of their brand.
