An intensive two-day reputation training workshop delivered to Diageo European Country Directors.
Following changes to Diageo's Western Europe structure, country directors are now responsible for reputation management in their individual countries.
The event was branded throughout with a toolbox theme to emphasize to the Directors that they were being supplied with all the tools and core skills they need to deliver Reputation Management in their own markets.
The items produced included pre-read documents and Word templates, PowerPoint presentations, room branding, video clips, workbooks and memory sticks containing material to use post event.
Banners were produced depicting various 'scandals' to encourage delegates to think about how they can prevent such occurrences from happening.
The highlight of the event was an unfolding 'real life' market scenario which required the Directors to plan a campaign, develop their strategy, forge alliances, manage the media, including press and TV interviews and present to a government select committee.
Ellipsis handled the design, production, staging and audio-visual requirements from end to end.
